Theft / Damage / Public liability / Personal accident / Race fees

If you have suffered damage to or theft of your bicycle, we are very sorry to hear that and we will do everything possible to deal with your claim promptly.

Dependent upon the circumstances of the claim, the underwriters reserve the right to request additional documentation or information as required.

Before you make a claim, you need to:

Contact the police immediately in respect of any theft or malicious damage.

You will need to download a claim form (see below) and submit it to us along with any supporting information. Please refer to the guidance notes included with the claim form which confirms what information you will need to provide.

Please note that any repairs or replacement of items without prior authorisation from our claims team may prejudice your claim.

During the claims journey the team will ensure you are kept up to date at all times with the progress of your claim.

Important Information

Failure to do any of the above may result in your claim being delayed or rejected.

Do not negotiate, pay or settle, admit or deny any claim without our or your insurer's written permission.
